Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for shopping at EHL Shoppe! We want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase – we are here to help. We understand that purchasing a product for your home without seeing it in person can be difficult, and we encourage you to reach out should you have any questions or need for additional photos prior to purchasing. We are continually updating our collection with the most up-to-date information and strive to provide the most realistic and accurate photographs of our products.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated from the retail price BEFORE any discounts are applied. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of Ontario and EHL is not responsible for any damaged or defective pieces that are shipped to or through a freight forwarding company.

Shipping costs are based on the order amount.

Return Policy

We appreciate your business at EHL Shoppe. Please read our return policy carefully before making any purchases. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. All Sales are Final with the exception of hardware*. Please read more below.

All sales made through the EHL Shoppe are final. We do not accept returns or exchanged for any reason including but not limited to: Change of mind, Wrong size or colour ordered, Item not as expected, Buyer’s remorse, Item not fitting or suitable.

**Exceptions to our No Return Policy**

Hardware items are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the hardware must be in its original condition, unused, and in all original packaging.

If you do wish to return or exchange your hardware item/s, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the order and shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in certain circumstances, such as: Errors made by EHL in fulfilling your order Items that are explicitly stated as eligible for returns or exchanges on our websute at the time of purchase. Items covered by manufacturer warranties.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare even that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours or receiving your order. We will work with you to resolved the issues promptly, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Out of Stock products

We do our best to feature in stock items but in some instances, products can sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If the date isn't to your liking we will reimburse you 100% and/or suggest a similar in stock item.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items that meet the criteria outlined above. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment within 1-2 weeks.

Note: If you have communicated with us and we are making an exception for a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel it or make changes but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Quality Assurance

We have a dedicated quality assurance team that ensures all products meet our stringent quality standards. Once the inspection is complete, the items are carefully packaged to ensure they are protected during transit.

We use appropriate packaging materials, such as bubble wrap, foam inserts, or protective sleeves, depending on the nature of the product.

While we take every precaution to deliver high quality products, there may still be rare instances where unforeseen issues arise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Items section.

Personalized Service

While we do primarily rely on shipping services for most of the deliveries, we do offer hand delivery services for certain locations. Please note that hand delivery may not be available for all orders or locations. Factors such as distance, feasibility, and logistics determine the availability of this service. In cases where hand delivery is not possible, we rely on trusted shipping partners to ensure your product is delivered safety and on time.
